Data we collect

Contact forms may collect your name, email address, engagement preference, approximate application count, and message content. Server logs may record IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We do not ask for passwords, payment card numbers, or special-category personal data through the public site.

Purposes

We use inquiry data to respond to scope requests, prepare proposals, and — where you become a client — to administer the engagement. Analytics cookies, if accepted, help us understand aggregate traffic.

Retention

Unsuccessful inquiries are retained up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymized. Client engagement records are retained for seven years to meet accounting and professional obligations in Korea, unless a longer period is required by law.

User rights

Subject to Korean privacy law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for optional analytics. Email info@systemstacktool.digital with “Privacy request” in the subject.

International transfers

Primary processing occurs in Korea. If a subprocessors’ infrastructure stores data outside Korea (for example email hosting), we require contractual safeguards appropriate to the destination and inform clients when transfers are material to an engagement.
