By accessing systemstacktool.digital or engaging System Stack Tool for platform stack health analytics on internal business apps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission work under these conditions.

Services described

Pages on this site describe professional assessment and advisory engagements. Pricing is informational until confirmed in a written scope. Nothing on the site constitutes an offer of software licenses, hosted products, or payment processing.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, layout, and graphics owned by System Stack Tool, remains our property. Deliverables produced under a signed engagement are licensed to the client as stated in that engagement letter. You may not copy assessment methods for resale.

Client responsibilities

Accurate access, timely interviews, and truthful incident records are required for useful findings. Delays caused by withheld access may extend timelines without reducing fees already due.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Korean law, System Stack Tool is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from decisions made after receiving advisory findings. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea (KR). Courts in Busan shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use or engagements, unless a signed contract specifies otherwise.
